Everything was excellent: friendly people, nice location, great services. Food was also very tasty, above expectations. Very clean and well organized, you want to spend as much time as possible in this place.

Very helpful staff. Good fresh fruit for breakfast. Pleasant room. Nice view of Venice from the top of the hotel.

One shuttle per hour to get to and from the hotel is quite restrictive.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the hotel had beautiful facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The view from the pool area was breathtaking. The location on a separate island offered magnificent views of the surrounding area.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

the location is very good, the transfer of the accommodation to the centre of Venice is very punctual

do not give option to extend the departure or other alternative above 12:00 hours, if you have the flight departure in the afternoon.

The menu of the Sagra restaurant: short and expensive for the content of the plate . Too bad because the rooftop is beautiful.

For our second stay we again took advantage of the spa (which has since become a paying spa). massages are of excellent quality and spa staff is professional and very pleasant. It is the ideal hotel for Venice in summer. Relaxing around the pool and going out in the city at the end of the evening.

Attendance has changed since the opening: many groups and service is less Italian and more international, including the dishes on offer. No more squeezed orange juice for breakfast but a tasteless liquid. omelettes are prepared with egg juice in bricks. Too bad for a 5-star restaurant.

The secluded island location provides quiet privacy. The green park is the best in Venice. The new buildings, rooms, and facilities are impressive. The trained personnel offer good service.

Felt welcomed, no complaints.

The bed is very bad and so are the pillows.

The resort's luxurious amenities exceeded expectations. Beautiful natural environment, huge garden, romantic rooftop restaurant with sunset views. Excellent service, modern design, comfortable feel. Fantastic SPA center with enjoyable pool jets. Professional staff, daily treats. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Great breakfast with delicious fruit. Memorable hotel room and island surroundings. Incredible adult pool and view. Amazing wine tasting experience. Convenient shuttle boat service.

Nice place and nice establishment

For a weekend it's too far and we lose a lot of time in the shuttle bus and hotel... service house kipping is too present and disturbs the customers too often.

The location, the island, being able to enjoy Venice while being away from it all. Peacefulness, a moment out of time. A very pleasant wine tasting.

A chaotic arrival, with a room in need of refreshment, shower with broken hose and damaged walls. In spite of the photos we encountered a reluctance to change rooms. Another point of detail, the resort package supposed to allow us a visit of murrano with a direct taxi from the hotel, despite a call we were turned away and took the paid shuttle back to Venice. On the way back to the island, the concierge apologized for this mistake. Clearly some quick mistakes that were quickly forgotten by the quality of the place.

Excellent service, prompt and perfect responses to requests. Fantastic rooftop pool and bar, plus amazing spa for a 5-star experience. Island location and private water taxis made it feel like more than a city break. Will definitely return soon.

It takes 1/2 hour to get there by boat

The hotel is located in an idyllic location in the Venetian lagoon, surrounded by beautifully tended gardens. The solarium area offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with top of the line amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection is fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel also boasts excellent restaurants, offering a range of culinary experiences.

The only downside is that the pool area can be crowded at times.

Everything, a superb establishment to discover Venice and recharge your batteries away from the crowds.

The supply of restaurants is very weak (pasta and hamburgers)

The rooms were spacious and well, maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to several major attractions and transportation options. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The check, in process was frustrating and time, consuming, with rooms not being ready even at the designated check, in time. the staff's attitude towards addressing room issues was rude and unhelpful, leaving us no choice but to accept less than what we had paid for.

This resort is located on its own private island, just a 20-minute boat ride away from the bustling city center of Venice. It offers a peaceful and secluded location, away from the main sites. The rooms are sumptuous and the spa is excellent, providing a perfect place to relax. The free shuttles to the main part of Venice make it easy to explore the city. The breakfast is great, and there are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner.

Some of the waitstaff at the restaurants were not attentive and provided slow service

the spa and wellness centre provided excellent treatments, including full body massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was a relaxing oasis, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the restaurant provided delicious continental breakfasts and special diet menus. Our room was outstanding, with exclusive facilities like a private terrace and outdoor dining area.

While the drinks were delicious, the service was a little slow at times.
